Lynky User Agreement

Welcome to Lynky. This User Agreement explains how Lynky collects, uses, stores, and shares pet medical records and related documents. By using the Lynky application, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Authorization to Share Medical Documents with Lynky
By creating an account and using Lynky, you confirm that you are the pet owner or an authorized representative of the pet owner.
- You authorize Lynky to:
- Receive, upload, store, and display medical records, vaccination history, prescriptions, lab results, invoices, and other pet-related health documents that you choose to provide.
- Organize and manage these records within the app for your personal use and convenience.
- Securely store your documents and make them accessible to you through your Lynky account.
- You understand and agree that:
- Providing medical documents is voluntary.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any documents you upload or share.
- Lynky does not create, modify, or validate medical records and is not responsible for the medical decisions made based on these documents.
2. Authorization to Access Records from Clinics, Veterinarians, or Businesses
In some cases, you may choose to allow Lynky to access or view medical documents directly from veterinary clinics, hospitals, grooming providers, boarding facilities, or other pet-related businesses.
- By granting this permission, you authorize:
- Lynky to request, view, and retrieve pet medical records from clinics or businesses you explicitly approve.
- Clinics or businesses to share your pet’s medical records with Lynky, as permitted by applicable laws and policies.
- Lynky to display these records within your account and, when authorized by you, share them with another clinic or service provider.
- You acknowledge that:
- Clinics and businesses may require their own consent forms or verification before releasing records.
- Lynky does not control the availability, completeness, or timeliness of records provided by third parties.
- You may revoke this authorization at any time by updating your account settings or contacting support, subject to legal or contractual limitations.
3. Sharing Records with Other Clinics or Service Providers
Lynky enables pet owners to share medical records between clinics or service providers for continuity of care.
- By using this feature:
- You confirm that you are authorizing Lynky to share selected documents with clinics or providers you choose.
- You understand that once shared, the receiving provider may retain copies of the records according to their own policies and legal obligations.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Lynky takes reasonable measures to protect your information, including administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
- However, you acknowledge that:
- No system can guarantee absolute security.
- Lynky is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control.

5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to:
- Use Lynky only for lawful purposes.
- Ensure you have the right and authority to share any documents you upload or authorize Lynky to access.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
6. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
Lynky is a record management and information-sharing platform only.
Lynky does not provide veterinary or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.
7. Termination of Access
- You may stop using Lynky at any time.
- Lynky reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if this agreement is violated or if required by law.
8. Changes to This Agreement
- Lynky may update this User Agreement from time to time.
- We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
