Instructions for permanently deleting your Lynky account
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including pet profiles, medical records, photos, and documents will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to delete your Lynky account:

Open the Lynky App
Launch the Lynky mobile application and log in with your credentials (email and password).

Navigate to "More" Screen
Tap on the "More" tab in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the "More" screen and tap on "Delete Account". A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm Deletion
Review the confirmation message carefully, then tap "Delete" to proceed with permanent account deletion.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your Lynky account:
- All pet profiles and their associated information will be permanently deleted
- Medical records, vaccinations, prescriptions, and lab results will be removed
- Photos and documents uploaded to your account will be deleted
- Shared access to your pets will be revoked for all users
- Your account data will be removed from our servers within 30 days
- You will be logged out of all devices immediately
💡 Tip: Before deleting your account, consider downloading or backing up any important information you want to keep, such as medical records or photos.
